SUVIVORS BEVERAGE COMPANY Survivors Coffee

The measure of any good healthcare worker or first responder is how they take their coffee.  The Trauma Survivors Foundation, led by First Responders and Community Leaders, developed the concept of Survivors Beverage Company. Our goal is to answer the call for tasty coffee who, like the people they serve, can get the job done.  Premium gourmet coffee delivered directly to your home, office, fire house, police station, or hospital unit.

Our premium gourmet coffees are ethically produced and delicious!  We sell coffee from different origins. Each origin has a unique flavor and coffee blends are medium to dark roast.  All our flavored coffees start as specialty grade single-origin coffee roasted in small batches.  Each order is then carefully flavored with high-quality flavoring oils while still warm.

Proceeds from the sales of Survivors Beverage Company Coffee will fund the Trauma Survivors Foundation’s, Hospital Heroes Food Drive, the Volunteer Firefighter College Scholarship Fund and the Law Enforcement College Scholarship Fund. Since the inception, the Hospital Heroes Food Drive has delivered nearly 30,000 meals to Healthcare Workers and First Responders battling through the war against COVID-19. The Trauma Survivors Foundation grants scholarships to high school and college seniors who are seeking careers in the mental health field to promote further research into psychology, trauma psychology or crisis intervention.

THE TRAUMA SURVIVORS FOUNDATION: MISSION

The mission of the Trauma Survivors Foundation is simple - we provide the resources, education, and training necessary to serve those affected by trauma.

As a Foundation, we acknowledge and support the hard work put forth, sacrifices made, and acts of selflessness displayed by first responders. We are proud to offer scholarships for college-bound or current college students who are children of Volunteer Fire Fighters or Police Officers, to show our support and sincere gratitude for their parents’ services.

 HISTORY

During his response to the Sandy Hook Elementary School shootings, Founder and CEO, Dennis Carradin, found several people, including first responders, who either did not have access to or information about mental health therapists who specialized in trauma therapy. After the initial crisis response, survivors of the devastating event were left to navigate mental health resources on their own. This self-navigation led to several survivors giving up on accessing proper mental health care and continue to live the nightmare of the event. His hope by forming the Trauma Survivors Foundation was to give survivors of traumatic events access to a network of trained trauma therapists to help restore a sense of normalcy and to gain hope.

SERVICE

The Trauma Survivors Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Delaware. The money raised through donations from caring individuals goes directly to providing trained therapists for emergency response during and after traumatic events, training to expand the network of responders and scholarships to those that want to become certified and help carry out our mission. All our services are offered at a national level. Anyone and everyone is affected by trauma and crisis. We want to help those who need our support.

9 YEARS OF SERVICE IN THE COMMUNITY

We have channeled time and resources into the research of new ways to get across to trauma survivors. We have also developed new ways to help them, over the years.  We have invested in gathering data and information that will help us make more informed decisions in our course.

So far, we have impacted over 30,000 survivors of various traumatic events: mass shootings, natural disasters, line of duty deaths, motor vehicle collisions, sexual abuse or assault, physical abuse or assault, emotional abuse or psychological maltreatment, accidents, illnesses, medical procedures, neglect, victim, or witness to violence.
